  • Brand Promotion – Building and enhancing brand identity across digital channels.

All services are tailored to client requirements, as agreed upon in a written proposal or contract.

2. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments must be made as per the invoice terms before the commencement or continuation of work.

  • Advance Payment – A minimum percentage (as per agreement) must be paid upfront.

  • Refunds – Once a service is initiated, payments are non-refundable.

  • Ongoing Services – Monthly/annual services require timely renewal payments to avoid suspension.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information, content, and media on time.

  • Approving drafts and milestones without unnecessary delays.

  • Ensuring no copyrighted or illegal materials are provided for use.

Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All work, including designs, code, videos, and marketing materials, remains the property of Wellgotech until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights (excluding third-party licenses) are transferred to the client.

5. Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, hosting providers). Wellgotech is not responsible for downtime, price changes, or policy updates by these platforms.

6. Performance & Guarantees

While we strive to achieve the best results, outcomes from SEO, marketing campaigns, or advertising cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wellgotech shall not be liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue.

  • The client violates these Terms.

  • Illegal or unethical activities are involved.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida.
